It could be the wrong timing or it could be your question - if you post a stupid question or one you can't answer without being in that profession, there's no way someone who doesn't know anything can answer ...
It is probably the time of day. I'm sure someone will answer it or you could re-post it at a different time. I would answer, but government is not my strong suit.

Well, it's the middle of the day... People are at work and/or school.
Well it depends what time you get on at like 5pm-10pm alot of ppl get on.
some ppl are at work or school you never know...
nope... just stupid ones....
