Is it true that child molesters are torturedand and sometimes lynched by other convicts or imprisoned criminals in jail?





Do you think child molesters deserve that?

I heard that the other prisoners do not like child molesters and people of that sort, so when the molester comes to jail they usually die in prison by the other inmates. They deserve it in my opinionOdd question, but is it true...?
He will be put some place else because he is mentally retarded. They will keep him from the general population in a pyschiatric area of the prison more likely then not. They need to lock them all up forever. I believe that for someone anyone to beable to rape a small child they have to be extremely mentally ill and sick in the head and they will never be cured or rehabilitated by any means yet they continue to let them out on the street after just a few years to do it again or to do worse. Makes me sick...had this man been locked up till he was to old to get an arousel or till he died then this little girls parents would be sending their little girl off to school during this time of year.
If the convict is thrown into the general population in prison yes, he can be killed, beaten badly, stabbed, anything.


My husbands parent's had a friend who was in the Pent. for grand theft and he said as soon as they brought in a child rapist, a woman beater a child beater, anything to do with kids and women, the general convicts go balistic.


And there will always be one guard to leak out the info.


This is what was told by an actual convict who witnessed attacks and brutal beatings of such monsters.


He said you can kill a cop (sadly), beat a preist, rob a bank, murder a nun and they wont do anything really, but you beat or rape a woman or child, that's it, you're basically being thrown to wolves! And i do hope he gets a painful, slow beating, and then a painful, slow death!
Tortured and lynched might be a bit exaggerated. Certainly child molesters are harassed, beaten, raped, and sometimes killed, but it's not necessarily a ';lynching'; in the mob sense. Prison violence can happen on a large scale out in the open, but it often happens in more private areas like bathrooms and stairwells.
I wouldn't be surprised if some do get nasty treatment from other inmates. Even if another is convicted of a bad crime, they may well still love and be protective of children and have hatred toward a child molester or killer.
I have always heard that they are targeted and beaten or murdered. Criminals as a general rule hate people that do things to children.


They totally deserve what they get for doing that to a child, they are sick and should never be released.

Yes that is, for the most part, true That is why most prisons now segregate child molesters and sexual offenders away from the general population. I am sure that if that Couey guy in Florida is ever put in with all the regular prisoners, he's a dead man.
I have worked in the court system for 23 years and persons who are charged/convicted of a crime against a child usually have to be segregated for their own protection. Personally, I think they should be put in general population and get what's coming to them!
I had a friend whose uncle was the warden for a jail in Oregon and the uncle stated that child molesters were treated like dirt and beaten up. There is an unwritten code in prison that if you hurt, molested, or killed a child that some other form of punishment will be meted out by your peers. I was also told that some of the inmates were molested themselves and that beating up or even killing child molesters was a way of getting even. Child molesters know what they are doing when they commit the crime and many know the repercussions. They made the decision and have to live with the consequences.

Yes, inmates do not like child molesters. If they are particularly well known or they are threatened they will typically be separated from the general population.
prisoners are like animals in a jungle. the strongest is the fittest . the photos of this criminaol and others like him show that he's a coward , can be intimidated. this gives the chance to others to crush him.


he deserves the worst treatment for what he did to the poor girl.


his execution will be watched by the girl's parents , and members of the community to spread a feeling that justice is done.


however, the girl is gone , cannot come back to life. this is the real loss.
yes that's true. Guards just look away. To me child molesters, especially those that kill children should die a HORRIBLE death. Like that rotten puke, Couey. Hope he burns in HELL!!!
