Algebra 2 True or False Ellipse Question!?

The Graph of (x=2)^2+5(y-4)^2=25 with center (-2,4)





I believe this is true?...Algebra 2 True or False Ellipse Question!?
If by (x=2)^2 you mean (x+2)^2, then yes.
