where can I find a book or information (even online)...that speaks of wrestlers who truly were good solid wrestlers....and were also good to work with...
obviously what makes a wrestler stick is his ability to entertain the fans but even more important is his ability to execute wrestling moves (without seriously injuring someone),
I read in places here and there for example that the Ultimate Warrior was not good to work with cause he was poor at executing wrestling moves (executing them without seriously hurting or injuring the other wrestler)...I have read the even Paul Orndorff was tough to work with in some instances......I even read on occasion that the Legion of Doom/Road Warriors (Hawk and Animal ) were tough to work with initially.....where in turn everyone for the most part liked to work with Brett Hart, Ric Flair, Kamala (Hulk Hogan said he was his favorite to work with)....anyone know where I can find this information??This question is for true wrestling purists or followers of the wrestling business?
There was a lot of good information in Shawn Michael's book. I mean some of it was opinion but I think that with his track record he is pretty dependable. As I recall he really liked to work with Flair (which it seems everyone did). Batista also talked a lot about execution and who was good/bad to work with in his book. I remember him talking about Mark Henry specifically because Henry was the one that hurt him because a move wasn't practiced. I think the books are a great source, but obviously you have to go through the reading to get the meaty stuff! This question is for true wrestling purists or followers of the wrestling business?
