When i asked what she meant how this was possible she said that her friends had just told her that they always exchange uggs for new ones.That nordstorm has a policy that if you bought ur uggs from them, you can say ';oh mine became wrinkled, i want to exchange them for new ones'; and they exchange it. This is borderline shoplifting. It's like someone buying a dress, wearing it out, then exchanging it for a new dress to wear out on another night.

No, this is a complete lie. If you've brought some UGGS then they're your responsibility. If you crinkle or wreck them, then no shop will take them back or exchange them. When you buy them, you can never take them back to the shop. They won't let you. This girl at school is lying to you.
