The 'Word of God declares' in Galatians chapter 5 verses 19 thru 21.
19 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, 21 envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will Not inherit the kingdom of God.

But what about all the other many Sinful deeds that are (not) mentioned in Galatians 5 ??
Not obeying Governmetal Laws is a Sin.
Lieing is a Sin.
Stealing is a Sin.
Cheating is a Sin Laziness is a Sin.
Swearing is a Sin.
Not Tithing is a Sin.
Not helping the Hungry is a Sin.
And on %26amp; on %26amp; on I could go .
*Are there only certain Sins that will keep us out of Heaven like Galatians 5 says.., if we willfully keep on committing them and Not fearing the outcome ??*
Why wont these other Sins keep us out of Heaven.........

Lord Bless you all : )A Bible question for only true Born Again Christians to answer........?
When reading this you will notice that in verse 18 it says If you are led by the Spirit then you are not under the Law(commandments are the law). As a christian they are our guide but we also have forgiveness .This would mean that you live in the Spirit and you are judged in the Spirit. The sins you are reading are the sins of the unsaved and it is a continual life style. Now as christians we ask for continual and daily forgiveness. We mean it too. The unsaved live in these sinful conditions without regret and confession. All sin is sin, but God does look harder on the ';fleshly'; sins. Which are what is listed here. The reason God judges FLESH sins more is because as christian we have the Holy Spirit living in us and these sins are also againt the Spirit in us. You can write to me if you dont know what I mean. I would be glad to get deeper into this subject. Hope this helps.A Bible question for only true Born Again Christians to answer........?
What will keep souls out of heaven is not accepting Jesus as their Savior. When a person is really saved the desire to sin is not there. I have no desire to sin and if I do anything that is not pleasing to God, I feel immediate conviction from the Holy Spirit and repent.
Sins of the Bible are detailed through out the entire Bible and that is why is must be studied and not just read over.
All sin no matter what it is ,separates us from God and the full magnitude of His call on our lives.
Sin regardless is going to bring forth death
James 1:15
Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.
There is no greater/lesser sin. Sin is sin.
Romans 6:23
James 2:10
I John 3:8
It means you need to put the bible down, and get out into the real world. The bible was written by a bunch of bronze-age goat herders. Give it up, it doesn't apply to modern day people.
morality worn like a coat gives rise to shallowness
that cast a shadow
over everyone
Cherry picking things that do and do not work for christians is a classic tactic for them.
ALL sins if we willfully continue in them (even after accepting Christ) will keep you out of heaven.
When you sin, you MUST repent.
I never trust born again xians
sorry.
Don't believe this crap.
I may not be a born again christian, but this is one of those kinda things you should take lightly.
I think it's all covered there, the works of the flesh
d00d, yer a buzzkill. Lighten up!
Mister, you can fit ALL OF THAT INTO [TWO] OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS:
MATTHEW 22:40.
WE SHALL LOVE YAH WITH ALL OUR HEART; WITH ALL OUR SOUL AND WITH ALL OUR MIND;
AND WE SHALL LOVE OUR NEIGHBOR AS OURSELVES.
I think your focus is in the wrong place.
The works of the flesh are symptomatic of a life lived in the flesh.
The fruit of the spirit is symptomatic of a life surrendered to the spirit.
22 But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
No one is perfect so no one will perfectly exhibit the fruit of the spirit. everyone has a weakness.
So if the Holy Spirit is involved you your life The sins should be falling away because you are changing. but not by your own efforts but Gods.
It's your heart and your relationship with Jesus that will ultimately get you to where ever you go. Read the whole Bible and pray.
Don't knit-pick over the details.
Jesus is the pitcher of lemonade and you are a glass. Fill yourself with him and you have nothing to worry about.
Galatians 5 19-21 is just a short list of the symptoms of someone who is a sinner. God knows that those who would commit those other sins you listed would also commit those sins that are listed in Galatians 5 19-21. People who are sinners are controlled by the flesh, just as Paul wrote when he said ';Now the works of the flesh are evident';, so he's saying that this is how we can know that someone is not saved, if they practice all these sexual sins etc. that he listed. The other sins are also manifestations of the flesh. If you live by the Spirit, you will not be controlled by the flesh. So if you are not doing the things in Galatians 5:9 etc. then you are led by the Spirit, and living in Faith.
So you will do the rest of the things mentioned also, but we all do all of those things from time to time when we lack faith, and we need to repent of those things, and rely on God to deliver us from those sins and tempations.
Just sinning one time is not going to send you to hell. It's when you live by the flesh is how you die. And Paul was explaining what he meant by this.
So many are confused by this, so they resort to erroneous theology such as ';once saved always saved no matter what';, then don't live in the spirit, and wonder if they are saved anyway. I know from my own experience.
