such a difficult question ... how do you measure exactly what goes in, how do you measure exactly what your body uses? instead of that focus, try and move during the day and notice how you feel. the energy you get from moving makes you feel good (eventually!) so if you keep doing it you focus on that good feeling rather than worrying about the maths you try and do it to measure exactly. it doesnt need to be that much of a chore! :-)
no. if u take in 2000 and burn 2000 that day then ur breaking even, u dont gain or lose. You have to burn MORE calories than you take in to lose weight
